Mrs. Bessie Weir Dies In Ashland ASHLAND - Mrs. Bessie i Weir, 76, of 424 Hillcrest, Ashland, a longtime member of the Quest Club and Ashland Musical Club and organist for many Ashland area churches, died yesterday in Ashland Samaritan Hospital. She was organist in the L o u d o nville Presbyterian Church, which she had served for many years. Before that she had been organist for the Ashland Congregational and Presbyterian Churches. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Ashland. Survivors include her husband, Denslow, a stepson, John R Weir of Altadena, C a l i f , a brother, Eugene Vantilburg of Ashland, and two grandchildren Services will be held at 2 p. m. Wednesday in the Denbow Funeral Home in Ashland The Rev Clifford Leach land the Rev. Merle Ramage jwill officiate Burial will be in Ashland Cemetery. Friends may call in the funeral home from 7 to 9 p m today.
