Darlene lived with her Uncle Harry John Jamison when her mother, and Harry's sister,Mary Nye (Jamison)Duckworth died at the age of 33 in 1904.

At some point Mary was married to Zack Potter and when Mary died Darline went to live with he Uncle Harry Jamison. I did not know this until I searched Obituaries and discover Mary Ney Jamison's that mentioned she died at her daughters home, Mary Potter.

OBIT: From Obit Oct 5,1911 The Journal Herald. An exemplary young woman was called to the great beyond Friday morning when the death angel visited the home of Glen Clay seven miles east of Delaware and removed his [hard to read(helpmate)], Mrs. Darline Duckworth Clay. Following a several month illness from tuberculosis Mrs. Clay died at 7:30 o'clock Friday morning at the age of 20 years 1 month and 9 days. She had been critically ill the last four or five days. Darline Duckworth was born and raised in Delaware county. She came to Delaware city from her early home near Stratford and lived for years at 16 North Franklin street. July 16, 1910 she married Mr. Glen Clay, then employed at the Cook Motor Company. Soon after they moved in Middletown where he found employment as a draftsman. Owing to his wife's ill health he gave up his work and came back to Delaware. They went to Mr. Clay's former home east of the city of Delaware where they have since resided. The deceased was a daughter of James Duckworth who resided in the Peachblow vicinity. While living in Delaware she for a time acted as cashier at the Bee Hive Store and won many friends through her courtesy and ability. she was a faithful member of the Grace M. E. Church and was an exemplary young woman in every particular.
