Possibly a son or nephew of Daniel and Elizabeth, from will. John also had a son named Peter (b 1842) but would not have old enough to purchase items from estate.

Will written Nov. 19, 1839, filed in 1842 and recorded in Will book 3, page 140. Executor Jeremiah Moore and the Administrator de bois non was William Hamilton. Widow, Elizabeth was deceased by December of 1842. Heirs by will: oldest daughter, Mary Boysel; Daniel and Rebecca Boysel, children of Daniel's deceased son, Henry Bosel. One paper states there were 8 heirs, 4 sons and 4 daughters- names not listed. Peter Boisel was an heir. John, Frederick, Louisa and Daniel Boysel, Jr. purchased personal property.
