I found another marker today at the Lorenz Schlichter cemetery that may be of interest to you.
The marker is broken and in two pieces (with some of it missing, including the name), but reads:
From Dave Decker
Son of Henry and Emeline Schaaf
Died July 28, 1864
1 yr. 7 mos. 2(?) days

From the family tree information I found on Ancestry.com One World Tree, I believe this to be the grave of Daniel Schaaf, who is listed as being born on 26 Dec 1862 (this would match the stone I found).
