, at the same place, on the 15th of 1st mo.,
1848, Anna Osborn, wife of the above-named Friend, in the 82d year of her age. She had been mostly confined to her room by bodily weakness for 18 years. It being remarked to her that she had endured great suffering, she replied, " I had not suffered enough\emdash I believe I am willing to suffer f repeating this passage from Lamentations, " Wherefore doth a living man complain; a man for the punishment of his sins?" adding, "it is not for me to say, it is enough." Near her solemn close she said, "I am almost done with suffering. I see nothing in my way."
