He is listed in Wayne Twp. Knox Co. Ohio census 1850 and is married to a2nd. wife. He may be buried in Wayne Baptist Cem. also but no stone as his 1ft. wifeand 3 children buried there. have not been able to locate James in the 1840 Census, but have not checkMuskingum Co. Ohio but he could be living with one of his children andhis name would not show up.

If these are his children they must be by a different wife, or thisLaura Mozier is not the right Laura Mozier. These 2 children list herecould be grandchildren or a niece and nephew.?????
