He was the son of Roger (+ 1426) x 1377 Lady Catherine NORREYS. He was lord of Bruen Manor in Stapleford. The son of Nicholas LE BRUYN, Norman lord of the Manor of Bruyne Stapleford and lord of Burton married to Elena de PRAERS, lady of 1/4 of Clotton Manor and 1/2 of Doddon Manor.
