Died in the vicinity of Eden, Delaware County, Ohio on the 30th of July after a severe affliction of about two weeks which was endured with much patience, Mrs. Sarah Sheets aged 70 years 9 months and eight days. Mrs Sheets was born about nine miles east of Lancaster City, PA. She became member of German Reformed Church by rite of confirmation at age of 16.
Sarah married Henry SHEETS Sr., son of Jacob SHEETS and Maria Veronica ETERIS, on 1 May 1804 in Augusta Co., Virginia. (Henry SHEETS Sr. was born on 2 Feb 1780 in Augusta Co., Virginia, died on 13 Aug 1856 in Delaware Co., Ohio, United States and was buried in Old Eden Cem., Kilbourne, Brown, Delaware, Ohio.)
