SARAH GILBERT Sarah Searle, pg. 8: The funeral services of Mrs. Sarah Gilbert who died at her home early friday morning following many months sickness, was held at the late home Sunday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, Rev. Maners officiating. Burial in the Pleasant Lake cemetery. Those attending the funeral services from out of the county were: Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Baker and Miss Aloyala E. McLaughlin, of Sturgis, Mrs. Bertha Knott, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Brooks, Waterloo; Mrs. Grant K. Lewis, of Ann Arbor, Mich.; Mr. and Mrs. Gaylord S. Gilbert and son, of Louisville, Ky., Mr. and Mrs. Gerald M. Gilbert and daughter, of Detroit, Lawrence Gilbert, of Clanute Field, Ranoul, Ill.
