  General Notes:

Reed Family Bible says Matilda Walker (written by Ethel Clay) . Son John's birth date would make it look like there was a previous marriage but I don't believe there ever was. Sally would have been the first child of Jemima and Joseph together.

On the inside of the front cover the following entries have been made:

- Geo. W. Walker [Compiler's note: Geo(rge) W. Walker's relationship to Benjamin is unknown, but Geo. W. Walker is a Methodist Episcopal Minister]
- William H. Walker. Born Dec the 30, 1843.
- Jemima Walker. Born April the 6th, 1846.
- Sarah Walker. Born August the 6th, 1847.
- Joseph Walker. Born July 18th, 1849.

On the inside of the back cover appears the notation "Benjamin N. Walker - Book presented to him by his cousin, Catherine Walker, January 12, 1840."


There is also a stone no dates for Mary J. Walker at Amanda township Cem.
